What's the deal with pets?
We do charge a pet fee. Currently that is $15/month for RV owners, $30 if you're renting one of our Apts/RV units. All pet owners must agree to the pet policies.
Do you allow Tiny Houses?
Yes, we will allow Tiny Houses, pending management's approval. Please text us pictures, size, and amperage to the main phone number: 210-716-0715
What are check in/out times?
Check in is after 3:00pm.
Check out is before 11:00am.
Do you allow late arrivals?
No arrivals after 9:30PM. We are open from 9:00AM-6:00PM Monday - Friday, If you are arriving outside of those times, please make sure of the following the day BEFORE:
- Which site number you have reserved.
- You have paid in full.
- You notify us via text to 210-716-0715 of your eta.
- You are willing and able to park and set up your RV without any on-site assistance from our staff.
- You maintain respect for park rules around quiet hours. Do not be noisy setting up.
For the monthly rate, how long does the background check take?
Same-day background checks -- done in less than 1 minute after your background check submission.
