Pet Policy
- Guests are responsible for notifying management of what pets they have along with a
description of the pets. - Guest who fail to notify management of all their pets will be fined.
- Pets are the direct responsibility of the guest who has them in their possession.
- Guests will be held fully liable for any and all actions of their pets at any time.
- Pets must be on leash or contained in a fully fenced area at all times.
- No pets should be left outside tethered or fenced without a responsible party present.
- All temporary fencing must be approved by management before use.
- No t-posts or panel fencing allowed.
- Temporary fencing should be easily uninstalled and folded up into a small bundle.
- A few examples of appropriate fencing are below.
- Average, medium and large dogs require a minimum 40" tall fence.
- Any and all damages, injuries, noise violations and/or other fineable offenses
caused by a pet will be the express financial responsibility of the guest who is
responsible for that pet or who brought it on property.
